I have a choice between Horde Groupware 5.2.14, Roundcube (I can’t find the version number) and SqirrelMail (I can’t find the version number), though I prefer to use Roundcube. Thunderbirds primary method of dealing with junk mail is an adaptive filter. It turns out that filtering in Thunderbird currently checks a cached version of the emails, and that IMAP accounts dont provide up-to-date information about the emails. After trying the junk mail control settings to get Thunderbird to do it all automagically, I looked at filtering. My domain host currently uses cPanel 64.0.22.
